How much does delivery cost swimming pool ?
The UK mainland consists of England, and Wales. If your order is being delivered to one of these locations then the delivery is FREE of charge only swimming pools orders .
Please note that for the purposes of this definition, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Jersey and Guernsey are not considered part of the UK mainland. Please ask for the delivery price
We also ship pools to countries other than Great Britain.

When will I get my item swimming pool ?
Depending on the season. The closer to summer, the longer it takes to ship due to the large number of orders. Before buying, ask about the date of delivery.
Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we’re unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you
Can I specify a specific delivery time?
Unfortunately, time specific deliveries are not possible at present - deliveries take place between 8am - 10pm each day.
Can I track my delivery online?
Unfortunately not . Pools delivered by own transport. Day - two before delivery, we write an e-mail with information on which day the pool will be delivered.
Will I have to sign for my order?
Yes, the carrier will not leave a parcel without a signature. This is for your and our security. Please make sure that you give a daytime delivery address & a MOBILE number as our carriers generally deliver.
How do I return an item?
Need to return an item? No problem. Returns accepted within 14 days of purchase,
We do not provide free returns. You need to cover the cost of returning the item to us.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service to return goods, this will ensure that there is proof of delivery and insures the goods whilst in transit. We are not responsible for losses during return transit.
Refunds will be made for the cost of the goods only - not any shipping charges.
Goods that are returned for refund should be in the same condition as they were received by you.
All tags should be present and still attached to the garment. . Free of any marks, animal hairs, fluff or other contaminants.
Please do not test swimming pool that you might want to return in the garden. We will be unable to refund or exchange tents that are marked as a result or are covered in grass etc.
